Scotti Hill Scotti Hill is the guitarist for American hard rocking, heavy metal band, Skid Row. Since joining the group in 1987, Scotti is responsible for searing guitar solos on songs such as 18 and Life, In a Darkened Room and Mud Kicker to name but a few from their extensive catalogue. Scotti has rocked stages around the world with his Bootleg Generator Floyd. Jon Hill, owner of Bootleg Guitars and Basses, had this to offer.
